12. A Credit Report: a complete history of a person's paying habits
13. Utility Room: A room where appliances such as washing machines are used.
14. Pantry: A small room used to store kitchen and dining items, or used to prepare tea etc.
15. Cloakroom: a room in which outer garments, hats, umbrellas, etc., may be left temporarily
